How Does TripTrak Work?
When you want to locate the TripTrak device, for emergency or non-emergency purposes, just call 1-800-AAA-1008. You’ll be connected with one of our TripTrak Emergency Response Agents who will pinpoint the exact location of the TripTrak device and assist you as necessary.
You can also contact us by pushing the SOS button on the side of the device. Our emergency response agents will immediately call the telephone number provided by the user and if no one answers, we will send help to the device’s location. This can be used by lost children or adults, in emergencies, or when a cell phone is out of signal range.

In emergency situations, TripTrak is powered by a 24/7 emergency response call center staffed with certified search and rescue personnel. Our facility is one of the most sophisticated rescue coordination centers in the world and can dispatch local EMS or police if necessary to provide assistance. Every member of the response center is a former EMS, police officer or fireman trained to handle stressful emergency situations. These experts will be with you through the entire process and will stay on the phone with you until the situation is under control.
